Bulldogs beat Dora, Lutie

The Gainesville Bulldogs won against two tough intra-county opponents this past week, beating Dora on Jan. 22 and Lutie on Friday night.

The Bulldogs' Thomas Ritter had 42 points and 16 rebounds in the two games, leading Gainesville to a 63-50 win over Dora. Ritter led all scorers with 20 points and 11 rebounds in that game. Zach Voss had 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Bulldogs, followed by Seth Evans and Harley Taylor with 8 points each. Josh Peter netted 7 for Gainesville, while Jim Donley had 6.

Individual stats for Dora were not provided by Dora coaches.

Ritter had 22 points on Friday as the Bulldogs blasted the Lutie Indians 60-40.

Zach Voss netted 16 points for Gainesville, followed by Josh Peter with 11 and Harley Taylor with 7. Seth Evans chipped in 4 points and grabbed 8 rebounds for the Bulldogs.

Levi Troia led the Indians with 11 points.
