Coach Paula Rose said, “We had an outstanding tournament. We played great defensively all day. The championship game was a real battle, but we made some outstanding catches and heads up plays including a double play at home and 3rd base in the 5th inning. We hit the ball extremely well also, the best we’ve hit all season. It was truly a team effort, with every player contributing. The girls stayed focused and played with so much heart. I couldn’t have been prouder of them."
