Emergency responders as well as other motorists who stopped to help are credited with saving the lives of Gregory McGee, 62, and Josh Randolph, 31, who were injured in a June 30 crash on Highway 5 south. Members of the National Guard, Lutie school district and Salem General Baptist Church worked together to distribute fresh food boxes to 150 families during a June 19 drive-thru event at the school.
