New nurse practitioner at MOCH

Nurse practitioner Erin Carlile has joined the staff at the Missouri Ozarks Community Health office in Gainesville. Carlile holds a 2007 Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Baker University in Topeka, Kansas, a 2014 master’s of science in nursing from Walden University and certification as a family nurse practitioner.
Her  experience includes working as a registered nurse in the operating room and in the critical care unit while living in Kansas. She and her family recently moved to Missouri from Kansas, where she also previously worked in a rural health clinic. “I am excited to continue serving rural health patients in the Gainesville area,” she said.
MOCH’s new office in Gainesville is at 87 Elm Street, directly behind the post office.  Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Medicaid, Medicare and some private insurance are accepted. For those with no health insurance, a sliding-fee scale discount is offered, based on patients’ income.
