 June 18
8:10 a.m. – Twelve cows/calves are out on Highway 160 east by First Christian Church. OCSD rendered assistance, called animal owner.
8:43 a.m. – Well-being /security check requested on   AD Highway. No one has heard from the resident since June 8. OCSD rendered assistance; location is in Howell County.
8:49 a.m. – Medical: 90-year-old female has heart problems. Thornfield VFD, Air Evac responded.
10:43 a.m. – Well-being / security check requested on juvenile. OCSD responded; checked OK.
12:51 p.m. – Medical: 35-year-old male at Theodosia Family Clinic has spider bite. Ozark County Ambulance responded; patient was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
1:25 p.m. – Burglary report; caller said someone broke into her house on Cloverdale Circle last night. OCSD took report.
6:31 p.m. – Caller said she heard a vehicle crash near her house on Highway 160. Unknown information. Theodosia Area VFD, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Ozark County Ambulance, Ron’s Recovery Towing were dispatched. TAVFD and ambulance were canceled.  No injuries; vehicle is not blocking roadway.
8:15 p.m. – Reporting party says his son was violent-acting earlier today, and he wants a deputy to come talk to him. Handled by OCSD officer.
9:56 p.m. – Medical: 29-year-old male with diabetes has blood sugar reading of almost 300. Gainesville VFD and OCA responded. Patient was transported to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.

June 19
12:30 a.m. – Caller said her neighbor is shooting a gun in the city limits. OCSD rendered assistance. Subject was using a concrete air gun for construction project.
4:01 a.m. – Reporting party’s son hit him and is making threats. Handled by officer; parties are going to separate.
6:54 a.m. – Single-vehicle accident with minor injuries on Highway 5 south of W Highway. Missouri State Highway Patrol, Timber Knob VFD, OCA responded.
7:43 a.m. – Cows are out on County Road 326. Reporting party later found the owner, and they are going to put them up.
10:45 a.m. – Reporting party said ex-husband in Florida violated ex parte by calling her. Handled by officer.
3:24 p.m. – Reporting party found what looks like meth-making materials left at his rental house. He would like a deputy to collect the items from his front porch. OCSD rendered assistance.
3:39 p.m. – Black truck is on fire at Theodosia boat ramp. Theodosia Area VFD responded.
4:42 p.m. – Brush fire on Highway 95 north, south of  Douglas County line. Brixey-Rockbridge VFD responded. No fire.
5:05 p.m. – Suspicious incident: three men in a white truck with dolly trailer at location on County Road 644 where no one is staying. OCSD officer checked; subjects live there and are cleaning up.
5:09 p.m. – Medical: 38-year-old female employee at Town & Country has passed out. OCA, Gainesville VFD responded. Ambulance canceled; patient will go to hospital by private vehicle.
5:24 p.m. – OCSD aided DFS in Bakersfield: DFS.
5:43 p.m. – Fraud: Reporting party sold a motorcycle to an unknown male in a blue Dodge truck with Kansas plates who paid with counterfeit money that said, “movie production only.”  Report taken. Reporting party is the individual whose truck had caught on fire at 3:39 p.m.
5:54 p.m. – Medical: 66-year-old male is disoriented, needs to go to BRMC. OCA and Timber Knob VFD responded.  
6:16 p.m. – Medical: Reporting party is in route to OMC with 3-year-old son and wants to meet ambulance at Highways 160 and H. Referred to South Howell Ambulance.
6:32 p.m. – Reporting party said she had paid a contractor for work that was done, and now he is threatening to pull material off the house on County Road 142. Referred to Marion County [Arkansas] Sheriff’s Department.
7:08 p.m. – Domestic disturbance: subject is hitting his girlfriend and is out of control. OCSD responded. Subject had run off before officer arrived. Reporting party is coming into sheriff’s office to fill out statement.
8:17 p.m. – Reporting party threw his girlfriend’s stuff into the front yard, saying he was evicting her. She has resided there for more five months, and he did not give eviction notice. OCSD rendered assistance.
10:20 and 10:23 p.m. – Single-vehicle rollover with ejection on County Road 503. Patient has head trauma and is bleeding from ears.  OCA, Gainesville VFD, Air Evac responded. Patient transported.

June 20
10:02 a.m. – OCSD aided MSHP on Highway 5 north.
1:29 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle: Red Ford pickup is partially blocking northbound lane of J Highway south of Miller’s Store. OCSD rendered assistance.
2:29 p.m. – Medical: 45-year-old male has high fever and abdominable pain. OCA responded.
2:31 p.m. – Tree is in road on Highway 95 between Pondfork and Longrun. OCSD rendered assistance.
5:18 p.m. – Medical: 78-year-old male has collapsed onto the floor. OCA, Tecumseh VFD and Air Evac responded. Patient transported to BRMC.
5:53 p.m. – Reporting party said her father is drunk and cussing at her and her kids on County Road 362. OCSD responded. Twelve-hour rule instated.
6:57 p.m. – Medical: 65-year-old male has congestive heart failure. OCA and Theodosia Area VFD responded. Patient transported to Cox Hospital-Branson.
10:58 p.m. – Reporting party said the neighbor’s dogs killed her chickens. Handled by OCSD officer.

June 21
3:29  a.m. – Medical: 60-year-old male has fallen into gun cabinet and cut himself on the glass. OCA and Lick Creek VFD responded. Patient transported to BRMC.
7:26 a.m. – Vehicle accident: Gray Ford Explorer is in eastbound ditch on KK Highway 1 mile east of Blair Bridge. No one is around. MSHP responded.
8:13 a.m. – Reporting party received the “fake grandson” phone scam from 307-633-4740. Caller claimed to be the reporting party’s grandson and said he was involved in an accident in Laramie County, Indiana, and needed money for a DUI case. Wanted reporting party to call his attorney at 765-633-4886. Reporting party wanted it on record.
8:28 a.m. – Reporting party found a young female lying on the side of County Road 349. She had some blood and scratches on her and seemed disorinted, thinking she was on ZZ Highway in Howell County. Reporting party drove the female to an address in West Plains. OCSD relayed the info to MSHP. Subject might be the driver/passenger from abandoned, wrecked vehicle found earlier on KK Highway near where she was found. Subject works for home health.
9:08 a.m. – Medical: Elderly female. OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
9:25 a.m. – Abandoned vehicle: light-colored Ford Taurus SE with no license plates. Two dogs are in the vehicle, and no one is around. Referred to MSHP.
9:30 a.m. – Medical: Elderly male is cold to the touch and has no pulse. Gainesville VFD responded. Coroner was called.
9:45 a.m. – Medical: 66-yar-old female fell two days ago and leg is really swollen. Gainesville VFD and South Howell Ambulance responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
9:56 a.m. – Black truck with a gooseneck trailer has broken down in northbound land of J Highway. MSHP and Lick Creek VFD rendered assistance.
10:06 a.m. – Medical: 85-year-old male has chest pains at Missouri Ozarks Community Health office. OCA, Gainesville VFD and Air Evac responded. Patient was transported to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
10:49 a.m. – Six black calves and a bay quarter horse with W brand are missing from farm behind Gainesville First Christian Church. Fence is intact. Wanted it on record.
2:47 p.m. – Abandoned vehicle: white truck with Arkansas plates has been sitting on the side of County Road 145 for four or five days. OCSD rendered assistance.
4:36 p.m. – Well-being / security check requested. Tecumseh Area VFD responded. Subject is in Little Rock having surgery.
6:24 p.m. – Reporting party on County Road 905 said pit bulls killed one of his calves, and he shot two of the dogs.
7:29 p.m. – Headlight on reporting party’s vehicle has been broken out on Cedar Oak Drive. Wanted it on record.
9:26 p.m. – Caller hit a deer on J Highway with her 2007 Lincoln. Wanted it on record.

June 22
12:00 a.m. – Reporting party says she and her mom were in a physical altercation on County Road 850. Officer spoke with all parties; no physical violence.
12:55 a.m. – Reporting party says he believes someone has poached a large animal near his property on Ory Lane. Wanted it on record. He was given MDC agent’s phone numbers to call in the morning.
5:41 a.m. – Cow is in the road on Highway 5 north near the Y Store. OCSD contacted the animal owner.
8:53 a.m. – Caller reported an attempted break-in on Buttonwood Drive. A rock was thrown through the door’s window, and subject apparently attempted to reach deadbolt but was unable to. There was blood on the glass. Caller wanted it on record for now.
10:32 a.m. – Medical: 37-year-old female has pain in foot. Timber Knob VFD and OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
5:56 p.m. – Caller said someone had had his truck for six months. Handled by officer.
6:58 p.m. – Reporting party said she bought a repossessed house on County Road 108, and now the original owners have shown up. Handled by officer.
7:40 p.m. – Medical: 3-year-old has gone through a plate-glass window. OCA, Gainesville VFD responded.
8:15 p.m. – A subject is refusing to drop off a child to the reporting party. Wanted it on record.
9:11 p.m. – Reporting party said he can hear gunshots all around his house on County Road 103. OCSD rendered assistance; noise was fireworks.
9:54 p.m. – Traffic stop on Highway 5 north. Handled by officer.
11:01 p.m. – Caller says she is going to commit suicide. OCSD rendered assistance.
11:22 p.m. – Medical: 22-year-old male is in possible drug withdrawal. OCA responded. Patient transported to BRMC.

June 23
12:15 a.m. – Medical: 73-year-old male has double hernia. OCA responded. Patient transported to BRMC.
2:40 a.m. – Careless and imprudent driver reported in maroon car with spoiler and temporary tag on Highway 160 at Howell County line. OCSD rendered assistance.
7:19 a.m. – Medical: 95-year-old male needs to go back to Mercy ER for swollen leg. Wasola VFD was paged but no first responder is available. OCA responded. Patient was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
11:56 a.m. – Medical: 75-year-old female has high blood pressure, weakness, dizziness. Thornfield VFD, OCA and Air Evac responded.
1:11 p.m. – Well-being / security check requested on County Road 842. Caller hasn’t heard from the subject in two months. Unable to locate.
2:40 and 2:57 p.m. – Medical: 24-year-old female is dehydrated, vomiting blood. Tecumseh VFD, OCA responded. Patient transported to OMC.
5:37 p.m .– Suspicious person: a man is walking on O Highway. Another caller said he’s now at Evans Quick Stop. OCSD rendered assistance.
5:57 p.m. – Vehicle accident: 16-year-old male has hit reporting party’s vehicle with an ATV at Cloud 9 Ranch. Subject is not cooperating with ranger to provide insurance information. MSHP rendered assistance.
6:27 p.m. – Physical altercation reported at canoe rental business. Handled by officer; no one wants to press charges.
6:56 p.m. – Medical: 46-year-old male is having trouble breathing. OCA, Gainesville VFD responded. Patient transported by Air Evac.
8:51 p.m. – Caller said a very intoxicated male subject driving a tan four-door Duramax was leaving the area on W Highway. OCSD responded. Unable to locate.
9:09 p.m. – Information: subject will be at residence; needs ex parte served. OCSD responded. Unable to locate.
9:51 p.m. – Traffic stop on Highway 160.
10:00 p.m. – Reporting party has a 2003 Dodge Caravan and is getting a divorce and needs it on record that both names are on the title. OCSD rendered assistance.
11:13 p.m. – Security alarm activated on Court Square. OCSD responded; checks OK.
11:50 p.m. – OCSD assisted MSHP.

June 24
12:24 a.m. – Medical: intoxicated 22-year-old male is not breathing. OCA responded; transported by Air Evac to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
 11:07 a.m. – Medical: 45-year-old male in coma. OCA and Theodosia Area VFD responded.
5:54 p.m. – Subject is causing a disturbance at Airport Trailer Park. OCSD responded; handled by officer.

June 25
12:03 a.m. – Medical: 37-year-old female has swollen foot, possible gangrene. OCA responded.
7:03 a.m. – Garage on County Road 920 was burned overnight. Thornfield VFD responded.
