June 4

12:31 p.m. – Medical: Elderly woman is breathing but unresponsive. Cox Ambulance from Ava and Theodosia Area Volunteer Fire Department responded.
2:06 p.m. – Two cars are in ditch by Ready Mix plant in Isabella, but reporting party is unsure if accident has occurred. Later, two-vehicle accident was confirmed, but owners never called. No injuries reported.
4:23 p.m. – Medical: 78-year-old female has chest pain, possible heart attack. Ozark County Ambulance responded.
5:01 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver, unable to maintain lanes, reported on Highway 5 north headed southbound. OCSD responded. Unable to locate.
5:04 p.m. – Residential alarm activated on Walleye Road. Alarm company called to cancel deputy.
5:59 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver in tan/silver four-door sedan reported southbound on J Highway. Referred to Missouri State Highway Patrol.
6:57 p.m. – Reporting party says a white Jeep with a red door is being driven by an impaired driver. Reporting party says female subject ran two people off the roadway and hit a mailbox on Highway 181 north of the high school. OCSD officers responded. While on scene with a female subject, the subject hit one of the patrol vehicles. Subject arrested.
7:21 p.m. – Well-being / security check requested on two young children at a specified location. OCSD responded. Checked OK.
9:04 p.m. – Ozark County Ambulance was requested for blood draw at sheriff’s office.
9:06 p.m. – Reporting party on County Road 803B said several people have made verbal threats to him and his property. Wants it on record.

June 5
12:06 a.m. – Traffic stop at Highways 181 and 160. Assistance rendered.
12:14 a.m. – Traffic stop on Highway 160 near Bullseye. OCSD rendered assistance.
12:43 a.m. – Traffic stop on Highway 160 near park. OCSD rendered assistance.
7:56 a.m. – Gray van with three Hispanic males were looking for an address on Highway V to reroof a house. Reporting party told them there was no such address, and they went north instead of south to look for the address. Wanted it on record.  
8:01 a.m. – Medical: 41-year-old male has passed out but is now awake. OCA and Dora VFD responded.
4:17 p.m. – Reporting party said a brown and black goat with no horns is in her yard on Pearson Ranch Road. Wanted it on record in case owner calls.
4:56 p.m. – Prisoner transport: Michael Smith, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
7:24 p.m. – Reporting party said a suspicious vehicle was parked in driveway off County Road 806. OCSD responded. Gone on arrival.
8:15 p.m. – Warrant arrest: Colin Matthew Lane.
8:18 p.m. – Caller said a male subject would not leave a business. OCSD responded.
9:24 p.m. – Car is on side of road with flashes on and front tire is partially over white line on Highway 160 west of H Highway. Referred to MSHP.

June 6
5:30 a.m. – Possible drunk driver, unable to maintain lanes, on Highway 5 south headed southbound. OCSD rendered assistance.
8:10 a.m. – Caller reported a red Angus bull in his yard on Coyote Trail. Caller is looking for owner.
8:17 a.m. – A black cow is out on Highway 5 south just north of the Arkansas line. OCSD rendered assistance; looking for owner.
10:11 a.m. – Prisoner transport: Michael Smith, Douglas County.
12:52 p.m. – Several calls came in about a loud boom in the area. A call also came in from Baxter County about the boom.
12:55 p.m. – Caller said someone is trespassing on his boy’s property in Theodosia. Someone is taking care of it. Handled by officer.
2:07 p.m. – Black cow reported out on County Road 608. OCSD rendered assistance, Timber Knob VFD chief was called, and she knows who it belongs to and is taking care of it.
3:30 p.m. – Medical: elderly female is very dizzy. OCA and Gainesville Fire responded.
4:16 p.m. – Road grader has broken down in westbound lane of Highway 160 on Tecumseh curves. MSHP rendered assistance.
7:17 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported on County Road 555. OCSD rendered assistance.
9:01 p.m. – Medical: 54-year-old female has numbness in face. Wasola VFD and OCA responded.
10:09 p.m. – Reporting party on County Road 608 has lost two black calves in this area. One has yellow ear tag. OCSD rendered assistance.

June 7
7:41 a.m. – Caller has found a black calf and has it put up on County Road 615B. OCSD called a resident to ask if calf is hers.
7:54 a.m. – Prisoner transport to/from department of corrections: Kelly M. Risley; also picking up Jason Mansker.
8:13 a.m. – Back door motion alarm activated at bank. OCSD rendered assistance.
8:44 a.m. – Caller reported a mudhole in the County Road 142 that was supposed to be fixed Tuesday and it has not been fixed yet. OCSD reported it to western district commissioner.
8:50 a.m. – Medical: 79-year-old has blood sugar of 28. OCA responded.
9:00 a.m. – Several calls came in about a loud boom.
10:04 a.m. – Sirens tested. Gainesville and Theodosia sirens still are not working. Bakersfield siren is working.
10:40 a.m. – Semi truck blew a tire, and the tire is all over the road on Highway 5 north near The Center. OCSD called MoDOT, and they will take care of it.
1:21 p.m. – Two-vehicle accident reported on N Highway 3 miles north of Highway 181. No injuries reported. OCSD rendered assistance.
1:25 p.m. – Medical: 60-year-old male has chest pain. OCA responded. Patient was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center.
9:19 p.m. – A female called 911 saying she needed an ambulance. Someone took the phone away from her. OCSD called the number back, but male would not give address or more information.
9:20 p.m. – Broken front window alarm activated on County Road 806. OCSD responded. Checked OK.
10:32 p.m. – Reporting party’s son is out of control. OCSD responded; parties were separated.

June 8
10:55 a.m. – Caller reported seeing a little bear when he turned off Highway 160 onto County Road 513 by Lilly Ridge Church. OCSD left message with conservation agent.
2:19 p.m. – Disturbance: Caller is having trouble with a male subject again. OCSD rendered assistance.
2:27 p.m. – Medical: 79-year-old male has chest pains. OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
2:45 p.m. – Reporting party says he has a trailer loaded with his scrap, but he already ran the person off on KK Highway. Handled by OCSD officer; parties had a verbal disturbance and are denying this happened; parties have separated.
3:41 p.m. – Suspicious person: a female in a silver Volkswagen has been sitting in the parking lot at Roy’s Store all day. OCSD responded; checked OK.
4:19 p.m. – Reporting party’s wife had put a padlock on a gate on County Road 643; reporting party cut the padlock to gain entry to his land. Wanted it on record.
7:21 p.m. – Power pole is on fire on Naugle Lane. Thornfield VFD and White River Valley Electric Co-op responded.
11:15 p.m. – Medical: 78-year-old female is having trouble breathing.
11:40 p.m. – Traffic stop near city park. OCSD rendered assistance.
11:58 p.m. – Traffic stop near The Center parking lot. OCSD rendered assistance.

June 9
Noise ordinance complaint on Harlin Drive. Radio too loud.
10:39 a.m. – Motorcycle accident; one patient with injuries. Theodosia Area VFD called Taney County Ambulance. They asked for Life Call unit to come in mutual aid. OCA responded.
11:28 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident rollover on O Highway. Single patient, unknown injuries. Reporting party says another car ran him off the roadway. Bakersfield VFD and South Howell Ambulance responding.
12:48 p.m. – Vehicle hit deer on Highway 5 north near Y and Z Highways. Vehicle has damage but is not blocking roadway. No injuries. Referred to MSHP and Ron’s Recovery.
1:16 p.m. – Reporting party says an abandoned vehicle is parked in the roadway on County Road 318 with its lights on but no one is around. Duke’s Towing towed vehicle to their lot.
4:44 p.m. – Well-being / security check requested on County Road 301. Report taken.
5:33 p.m. – Caller said a male and female are trespassing at vacant home on County Road 349 and will not leave. Handled by OCSD officer; parties have been removed from property.
9:25 p.m. – Medical: 45-year-old female has nose bleed. OCA and Lick Creek VFD responded. Patient was transporter to BRMC.
9:38 p.m. – Medical: 73-year-old has severe stomach pain. South Howell ambulance and Tecumseh VFD responded.
10:05 p.m. – Medical: 91-year-old female has medical issue. OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
11:27 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver reported on J Highway headed north in white Mazda minivan. OCDS rendered assistant.

June 10
3:16 a.m. – A man is reportedly passed out with beer in his hand on the rail of Blair Bridge. OCSD responded. Unable to locate; subject reportedly left bridge with a friend.
4:45 a.m. – Medical: 96-year-old female is not feeling well and is dehydrated. OCA responded. Patient transported to OMC.
10:06 a.m. – Caller said someone has run over the P Highway sign in front of his house on Highway 160. Referred to MoDOT.
12:42 p.m. – Caller says a transient subject wearing a blue bandana and a backpack is on her property on P Highway. Handled by OCSD officer.
5:17 p.m. – Two females in a black Nissan Maxima are suspected to be drunk on HH Highway at Spring Creek. OCSD responded; unable to locate.
8:00 p.m. – Caller on County Road 306 said his son is going crazy. Handled by OCSD officer; parties were separated.
9:51 p.m. – White 2003 GMC truck hit cow on Highway 5 north at County Road 113. No injuries. Contacted MSHP. Wasola VFD responded.
10:04 p.m. – Vehicle stop: two vehicles, no injuries, at Highway 5 north and County Road 113. OCA, Gainesville and Wasola VFDs responded. MSHP contacted.
11:00 p.m. – Loud music reported on Cottonwood Drive. OCSD rendered assistance.
11:40 p.m. – Medical: 62-year-old male has severe abdominal pain. OCA responded. Patient was transported to OMC.

June 11
1:34 a.m. – A sound like gunshots was reported on County Road 806. OCSD responded; unable to locate.
6:16 a.m. – Well-being / security check on vehicle stopped on road. Officer checked; all is OK.
