March 12
8:50 a.m. – Caller reported household items had been stolen on N Highway. OCSD rendered assistance.
10:17 a.m. – Lift assist at Harlin Heights. Gainesville Fire Department responded.
12:42 p.m. – Caller on County Road 848 said someone had taken his jack and four straps from his truck. OCSD officer spoke with caller on phone.
2:40 p.m. – Caller said white pickup headed west on Highway 160 is pulling a trailer loaded with cedar that is missing a tire and is traveling with the wheel dragging and sparking. OCSD rendered assistance.
5:54 p.m. – Grass fire reported along roadside on HH Highway south of County Road 618.
6:47 p.m. – Caller said subjects have been stealing her property while she is moving it from a location on County Road 103. Handled by OCSD officer.
7:32 p.m. – Medical: 71-year-old female in cardiac arrest. Ozark County Ambulance, Pontiac Price Place VFD and Air Evac responded. Patient was transported by Air Evac to Cox Hospital South in Springfield.
8:05 p.m. – Caller said a 15-year-old male is physically assaulting her and is uncontrollable. Handled by OCSD officer.
10:34 p.m. – Caller said a male subject driving a red truck bright-lighted her then turned off his lights then bright-lighted her again then ran her off the roadway on County Road 639. OCSD responded. Unable to locate.

March 13
1:28 a.m. – Medical: 17-year-old male is having an allergic reaction and is having trouble breathing. OCA responded; patient was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center.
11:00 a.m. – Medical: 72-year-old female slipped and fell. Gainesville first responded and OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
12:10 p.m. – Prisoner transport.
1:41 p.m. – Two-car accident; one vehicle ran into the back of another at Highway 160 and County Road 351. OCSD rendered assistance; Caulfield VFD responded for traffic control.
2:12 p.m. – Stolen vehicle spotted on County Road 850. Vehicle was towed to OCSD impound lot.
3:35 p.m. – Caller said someone had opened a VA medicine package in her mailbox; they left the pills but took the package. Caller wanted it on record.
3:47 p.m. – Medical: 87-year-old male in declining health. OCA and Wasola VFD were dispatched; no response from Wasola VFD. Patient was transported to BRMC.
6:52 p.m. – Lift assistance needed on Highway 101. Bakersfield and South Howell Ambulance responded.
11:17 p.m. – Caller said a truck is stuck in the bushes at his neighbor’s property and the neighbor is not home at this time. MSHP and Duke’s Towing responded.

March 14
1:06 a.m. –  Caller said a male came to the motel with his pants down to his knees wanting to rent a room. Caller sent him to another motel in town. Caller said subject was driving a black BMW and was under the influence of something. OCSD responded; unable to locate.
8:32 a.m. – Medical: 82-year-old female has hip pain. Theodosia Area VFD and OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
1:06 p.m. – Grass fire on County Road 605. Timber Knob VFD responded with Pontiac Price Place VFD responding in mutual aid.
2:23 p.m. – Caller said items were stolen from her storage unit on Highway 5 north. She will come into office to fill out statement and talk to officer.
2:43 p.m. – Grass fire at Howards Ridge Cemetery. Lick Creek VFD responded.
4:04 p.m. – Brush fire on Soggy Bottom Road. Gainesville Fire responded with Lick Creek VFD responding in mutual aid.
5:10 p.m. – Brush fire on Highway 14, Douglas County.
5:24 p.m. – Caller said someone had stolen the memory card from his game camera in Gainesville. Wanted it on record.
7:28 p.m. – Medical: 80-year-old female is very weak. Theodosia Area VFD, OCA responded. Patient transported to BRMC.

11:21 p.m. – Medical: 93-year-ole female is vomiting and has abdominal pain. OCA responded. Patient transported to BRMC.

March 15
12:17 a.m. – Caller said a male subject is following her home, and she found a bunch of nails in her driveway off County Road 639. OCSD spoke with caller on phone.
12:53 a.m. – Caller on County Road 546 said a bottle of Xanax had been stolen. Handled by OCSD officer.
12:59 a.m. – Stolen vehicle reported on Molly Lane. Officer spoke with reporting party in OCSD lobby.
1:51 p.m. –  Brush fire reported on State Highway KK. Called Howell County 911 to tone out Potterville VFD. Dora VFD responded and Cloud 9 VFD was notified.
1:55 p.m. – Grass fire on County Road 575. Bakersfield VFD responded with Tecumseh VFD responding in mutual aid. Missouri Conservation Department responded with dozer.
2:51 p.m. – Burglary reported at Almartha Community Building. Report taken.
3:30 p.m. – Brush fire reported near First Christian Church. Gainesville Fire responded; Lick Creek, Pontiac Price Place and Timber Knob responded in mutual aid. MDC responded with dozer.
3:50 p.m. – Caller on Harlin Drive said someone knocked down his mailbox. Wanted it on record.
4:07 p.m. – Brush fire at turkey barns. Lick Creek VFD responded.
6:10 p.m. – Prisoner transport: Julie Lazorchak.
6:28 p.m. – Drunk driver reported in Gainesville. Unable to locate.
6:49 p.m. – Reporting party said she is getting texts from a male subject saying he is going to kill her. Handled by officer.
7:28 p.m. – Panic alarm activated on County Road 609. OCSD responded; checked OK.
9:09 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver reportedly tearing up the road in Souder.
10:34 p.m. – Medical: 58-year-old male has chest and jaw pain. OCA responded. Patient transported to BRMC.

March 16
12:06 a.m. – Suspicious person reported on County Road 513. Caller said guy dressed in all black is walking around in front of homes. OCSD rendered assistance.
2:55 a.m. – Medical: 72-year-old female reportedly in cardiac arrest. Brixey Rockbridge VFD responded in mutual aid to Douglas County.
7:08 a.m. – Caller said a father picked up child from babysitter without consent. OCSD spoke with reporting party on phone.
7:32 and 7:37 a.m. – Vehicle accident at High-ways 160 and HH. Theo-dosia Area VFD and OCA responded; patient was transported to BRMC.
9:37 a.m. – Well-being / security check requested on County Road 146. Handled by OCSD officer.
10:55 a.m. – Well-being / security check requested on person living in a camper whose mother has not heard from him in several weeks. OCSD rendered assistance. Person is fine.
12:46 p.m. – Elder abuse reported. OCSD rendered assistance; officer spoke with reporting party on the phone.
2:39 p.m. – Brush fire reported on County Road 618 off HH Highway. Theodosia Area VFD responded with Pontiac Price Place VFD responding in mutual aid.
3:14 p.m. – Reporting party asks that a person be removed from the courthouse. Handled by OCSD officer.
4:02 p.m. – Well-being / security check requested on County Road 382. OCSD responded; checked OK.
4:55 p.m. – White truck reportedly driving wrong direction on shoulder of Highway 5. Handled by OCSD officer.
5:36 p.m. – Caller reported a pit bull at location on Kelp Drive. Handled by OCSD officer.
5:39 p.m. – Caller said person did not meet for child pick-up. Needed it on record. OCSD rendered assistance.
7:14 p.m. – Medical: 82-year-old male has fallen onto the floor. Timber Knob VFD and OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
7:23 p.m. – Two-vehicle accident in Bakersfield. MSHP responded.
7:26 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver reported in Souder area. MSHP rendered assistance.
8:25 p.m. – Subject did not show up to drop off child at the agreed-upon time and place. Wanted it on record.
9:20 p.m. – Medical: 89-year-old male has low blood pressure and fever.  OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
9:27 p.m. – Medical: 43-year-old female has severe stomach pain. Lick Creek VFD, South Howell Ambulance responded.
11:35 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver in tan Jeep with black top reported on Highway 160 headed west toward Gainesville from Tecumseh.
11:58 p.m. – Traffic stop at Hillside and Highway 160. OCSD rendered assistance.

March 17
1:37 a.m. – Ambulance requested for medical transport from BRMC to Gainesville Health Care Center. Arrived at GHCC at 3:02 a.m.
7:30 a.m. – Reporting party arrived at sheriff’s office to do child exchange with ex-husband, but he did not arrive and would not answer his phone. Officer spoke to reporting party in OCSD lobby; wanted it on record.
9:24 a.m. – Vehicle stop on Highway 160 behind Bennett’s Auto Repair. Warning issued.
10:25 a.m. – Medical: 92-year-old female is dizzy and disoriented, has headache and may have had a possible stroke. Pontiac Price Place VFD and OCA responded. Air Evac was called but canceled. Patient will go to urgent care facility in private vehicle.
11:59 a.m. – Reporting person found a bag of unopened syringes in a cabinet when she was moving into a residence. OCSD officer spoke with reporting party and advised her to throw them away. She is going to break them and throw away.
1:15 p.m. – Brush fire on County Road 618 off HH Highway. Theodosia Area VFD responded.
1:40 p.m. – Abandoned vehicle reported at County Road 619 and HH Highway: maroon Ford, no license plates. Referred to MSHP.
2:42 p.m. – Person believes her father’s house was broken into last night; she thought the real estate agent had reported this to a deputy last night. She said there wasn’t much in the house – some tools, etc. Two officers went to residents; everything is secure.
2:48 and 2:51 p.m. – Vehicle roll-over accident on Highway 160 east of PP Highway. Tecumseh VFD, OCA, MSHP and Air Evac responded; victim was pinned. Patient transported.
3:35 p.m. – Brush fire on County Road 557. Tecumseh and Bakersfield VFDs responding.
5:10 p.m. – Caller said a person is pushing a male subject around at a location on Highway 181.
5:29 p.m. – Medical: 20-year-old male had four-wheeler accident. OCA and Air Evac responded.
6:02 p.m. – Brush fire reported. Lick Creek VFD responded.
9:00 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver reported northbound on Highway N all over the road driving a tan-colored S10. MSHP rendered assistance.
11:33 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver on Highway from Hardenville to Gainesville in Silver GMC Envoy. License plate is from Baxter County, Arkansas. OCSD rendered assistance.
 

March 18
9:08 a.m. – Medical: 75-year-old female has fallen and has back injuries. Caney Mountain VFD and OCA responded.
11:45 a.m. – Brush fire on County Road 829. Theodosia Area VFD responded. Pontiac VFD was toned out at 12:01 p.m., canceled at 12:17 p.m. Timber Knob was toned out but was unable to responded. Gainesville Fire was toned out at 12:04, canceled at 12:17.
11:51 a.m. – Caller reported a stolen cell phone. Phone was returned to owner later per officer; drugs were found.
12:54 p.m. – Medical: Elderly female is having seizures. OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
1:59 p.m. – OCSD officer conducted search of premises to recover stolen phone and recovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Officer confiscated drugs for disposal and took short narrative report.
5:03 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver in black Ford SUV driving all over road on Highway 5 north coming into Ozark County. MSHP rendered assistance.
6:31 p.m. – Medical: 52-year-old female is having possible heart attack. OCA and Theodosia Area VFD responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
6:45 p.m. – Brush fire on County Road 618. Theodosia VFD responded.
10:23 p.m. – Caller said a man was beating on the front door of Dollar General. He left and came back a few minutes later and was beating on the door again. OCSD checked. Man had left a bag of groceries in the store and was trying to get their attention.
10:36 p.m. – Domestic / disturbance reported: fighting with reporting party’s husband. OCA transported patient to BRMC.
