March 10

09:03 a.m. – Caller said a farmhouse on County Road 116 had been broken into and several items were stolen. OCSD rendered assistance.

2:23 p.m. – Well-being check requested on 96-year-old male at a residence. Contact was made with the male subject. He is OK.

3:12 p.m. – Medical: 66-year-old female has twisted her back. Ozark County Ambulance responded. Patient was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

5:23 p.m. – Medical: 31-year-old female has severe back pain. OCA and Caney Mountain VFD responded. Patient was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

6:20 p.m. – Caller said a gold Jeep Cherokee had been sitting on County Road 542 for more than an hour. OCSD responded; gone on arrival.

 

March 11

2:01 a.m. – Caller said a subject took off with a 2010 black Chevy Malibu and hasn’t brought it back. Subject and vehicle were at Lick Creek at 2:13 a.m. Subject arrested.

8:14 a.m. – Medical: 63-year-old male has chest pain. OCA, Theodosia Area VFD and Air Evac responded. 

11:43 a.m. – Fire in ditch at Highways 14 and W. Dora VFD responded.

12:57 p.m. – Sterling Wayman arrested on Morris Lane.

4:38 p.m. – Hayfield on County Road 575 is on fire. Bakersfield VFD responded. Fire was controlled at 5:10 p.m.

  9:55 p.m. – Reporting party says her husband has been physically and sexually abusing her in their home in Dora. She is in the hospital at this time and has filed a verbal statement with an OCSD officer because she is unable to fill out a written statement at this time as she is disabled. Report taken.

10:56 p.m. – Caller said people have been threatening her via texts and calls, saying that she is a “newbie” in the area. She said someone had pointed a gun at her two times back in October. Wanted it on record. 

 

March 12

12:36 a.m. – Caller said a vehicle was taken and then was found at the park in Gainesville. Wanted it on record. 

3:25 a.m. – Traffic stop on Highway 5 north. OCSD rendered assistance.

3:50 a.m. – Traffic stop at Highways 160 and 5 north. OCSD rendered assistance.

5:53 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported at Family of Life Church: a truck with Colorado plates is sitting at the church, and someone is lying down in the backseat.

9:53 a.m. – Siren tests in Ozark County were canceled due to weather. 

11:23 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle: red Grand Am with no license plate has been parked in back of the Historium for a week. Officer was to tell Historium to have it towed.

12:33 p.m. – Prisoner transport: Pick up Kyron Stillwell for release, and take Christopher Davis to trade with Douglas County. 

12:54 p.m. – A silver pickup is reportedly failing to maintain lanes on Highway 160 west from Rocky Top Campground. OCSD rendered assistance.

1:03 p.m. – Medical: 38-year-old female has kidney stones. OCA and Theodosia Area VFD responded. Patient was transported to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.

1:35 p.m. – Twelve black cows with red ear tags are out on County Road 555. OCSD contacted land owner.

7:11 p.m. – Caller provided information on abandoned animals.

9:06 p.m. – Domestic disturbance reported. Handled by officer.

9:11 p.m. – Domestic disturbance reported. OCSD rendered assistance. When officer arrived at location, parties had separated.

 

March 13

4:25 a.m. – Vehicle stop at Hardenville Store. Vehicle was searched at 4:43 a.m. Subject was transported to sheriff’s office at 4:59 a.m. Ron’s Recovery was dispatched.

5:15 p.m. – Medical: 49-year-old female has chest pain. OCA and Caulfield VFD responded. Patient was transported to OMC.

6:39 p.m. – Reporting party said someone has driven through her fence on Wheeler Lane. OCSD rendered assistance.

7:20 p.m. – Caller said a person at his location had been up for three days and is now combative. OCSD and Lick Creek VFD responded. Subject was transported to OMC stress unit.

8:01 a.m. – Medical: 72-year-old female who is recovering from a stroke has stomach pain. OCA and Tecumseh VFD responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.

9:56 a.m. – Well-being / security check requested. OCSD rendered assistance. The person went to BRMC on March 9. 

6:15 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported on County Road 119. Subject arrested.

6:38 p.m. – Well-being / security check requested. OCSD rendered assistance.

7:23 p.m. – Caller said a man in Subway is making threats to customers. OCSD responded. Checked OK.

11:30 p.m. – Medical: 49-year-old female has chest pain. OCA and Caulfield VFD responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.

 

March 14

3:09 a.m. – Reporting party said her friend was at her house but left, using a spare key she had in her vehicle. The friend is severely intoxicated abd us driving a gray Mazda SUV on Highway 95 south. Referred call to MSHP.

8:59 a.m. – Caller provided information pertaining to previous owner of vehicle that was purchased.

9:22 a.m. – Abandoned vehicle reported on side of road of Highway 160 1/2 mile east of H Highway: bluish 2000s 4x4 Ford with cracked windshield and no plates. MSHP was notified.

 10:04 a.m. – Caller said she was on the phone with a subject, and the person was crying and then the phone call dropped. Reporting party said she would call back after a while.

10:56 a.m. – Medical: 51-year-old is semi-conscious after a fall and feels cold and clammy. OCA, Pontiac VFD and Air Evac responded. Patient was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

12:41 a.m. – Reporting party said he found a silver 2003

Pontiac with Iowa plates on his property on Country Road 850. Handled by officer.

12:50 a.m. – Caller said four black cows are on his property on Longview Drive. OCSD contacted neighbors on surrounding properties were contacted.

2:44 p.m. – Prisoner transport: Sharo County, Arkansas, warrant arrest. Beginning mileage 202,335; ending mileage 202,507. 

4:13 p.m. – Reporting party said a door on a mobile home on County Road 119/123 showed damage. Reporting party wanted it on record; nothing was taken.

4:18 p.m. – Downed power line on County Road 651 from P Highway is causing a brush fire. Theodosia Area VFD responded with Pontiac and Timber Knob in mutual aid. Timber Knob, in route at 4:42 p.m., was canceled at 5 p.m.

5:57 p.m. – Caller said a subject is tearing up his house in Theodosia. Handled by officer.

11:10 p.m. – OCSD assisted MSHP at Highway 5 north and County Road 113. 

 

March 15

6:02 a.m. – Caller said a shop behind Anderson Propane tanks was broken into overnight; batteries and other items were stolen. Handled by OCSD officer.

11:23 a.m. – Medical: 55-year-old female has chest pains. OCA responded. Air Evac was called but was canceled. Patient was transported to BRMC.

1:16 p.m. – Small brush fire ported on County Road 651 from P Highway. Theodosia Area VFD is sending someone down to check it out. Yesterday they had a call out there, and a stump was on fire. Tried calling reporting party back but got no response.

1:46 p.m. – Medical: 54-year-old male is confused. Lift assist needed. The subject had stopped drinking the past two days, and the first responder went to visit and called dispatch. OCA responded.

2:47 p.m. – Fire reported on Lightning Springs Road and Thunder Road. Theodosia Area VFD responded.

5:16 p.m. – Caller had an air compressor taken out of his open shed in Dora. Officer spoke with caller on phone.

8:36 p.m. – Medical: 65-year-old male is dizzy and not feeling well. OCA and Theodosia Area VFD responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.

10:17 p.m. – Caller said a subject snuck out of the house. She wants him brought back home if located. Unable to locate.

 

March 16

1:24 a.m. – Medical: 73-year-old female has been bleeding from nose for three hours and is having possible seizure and choking. OCA responded.

2:12 a.m. – Medical: 68-year-old male has high blood pressure. OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.

3:43 a.m. – Traffic stop at Spring Creek Bridge. OCSD rendered assistance.

4:31 a.m. – Traffic stop at Highways 160 and 5 south. OCSD rendered assistance.

9:14 a.m. – Vehicle stop near Bulldog Apartments on Highway 181. Handled by officer.

11:55 a.m. – Warrant arrest on HH Highway. 

12:00 p.m. – Reporting party said a subject continues to stalk and harass her. She said subject went to neighbor’s house, asking for her by name. She is attempting to get an ex parte on the subject. OCSD rendered assistance.

2:22 p.m. – Medical: 27-year-old male has head injury from T-post. OCA and Thornfield VFD responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.

2:29 p.m. – Disturbance reported on Morris Lane. Twelve-hour rule instated.

2:37 p.m. – Medical: 80-year-old female is having trouble breathing. Theodosia Area VFD and Air Evac responded. 

2:51 p.m. – Fire reported west of Highway OO and County Road 669. Theo-dosia Area VFD responded.

4:32 pm. – Medical: 60-year-old is choking and having trouble. OCA and Caney Mountain VFD responded. 

7:08 p.m. – Medical: 37-year-old female has tingling in face. OCA responded. Patient was transported to OMC.

8:15 p.m. – Caller wants an officer to look at security video at Dollar General. OCSD took report.

11:30 p.m. – Warrant arrest: Aaron Bridges, Howell County. 

 

March 17

12:01 a.m. – Traffic stop, County Road 117. OCSD rendered assistance.

3:27 a.m. – Traffic stop, Lick Creek. Citation issued.

9:52 a.m. – Medical: 70-year-old female, a lung-cancer patient, has full lungs and is hallucinating. She has full-code resuscitation request. OCA responded; patient was transported to BRMC.

10:24 a.m. – Abandoned black Toyota with expired plates, abandoned on County Road 818 & 829, is partially blocking roadway. Ron’s Recovery was called.

1:36 p.m. – Prisoner transport from Christian County. Beginning mileage 202,507. Ending mileage 202,644.

2:32 p.m. – Brush fire reported on County Roads 522 and 553. Lick Creek VFD responded and then was canceled. It is a controlled burn.

2:41 p.m. – Medical: 79-year-old male is having possible stroke. OCA responded. Gainesville  VFD was toned out, but no response.

4:57 p.m. – Medical: a gate hit a 60-year-old male in the head and caused a large gash, and he blacked out for a short time. OCA and Theodosia Area VFD responded. Arrived at landing zone at 5:33 p.m. 

6:12 p.m. – Caller said tenants at mobile home park have not paid rent for six months. Officer went to another site, but tenants were not there.

6:14 p.m. – Brush fire reported. Theodosia Area VFD responded.

7:20 p.m. – Brush fire reported on County Road 873. Thornfield VFD responded.

7:40 p.m. – Lost or stolen license plate reported. Plate was entered into MULES.

7:45 p.m. – Traffic stop at Highways 5 north and 95. Subject arrested. Ron’s Recovery was dispatched.

8:26 p.m. – More brush fires set at location on County Road 873. Unable to locate.

 

March 18

7:27 a.m. – Caller said a dark-colored pickup tried to run caller off the road on J Highway across line in Missouri. Wanted it on record.
