TOPS members mark April achievement

Our newest member, Jim Glynn, had the best weight loss for April; he was also the weekly weight loss winner on April 16 and April 23. He also reached a milestone loss and received a TOPS hat.
The other weekly weight loss winners were Debbie Dodd on April 2, Vickie Shrewsbury on April 9 and Jean Quellhorst on April 30. Norman Dodd won the Black Ink Award (no gains).
Donna Anderson, Margaret Jennings, Kay Meyers, Versal Terry and Joanne Krupp were April’s TOPS in status. These members have reached their goal weight and have to stay within 7 pounds under or 3 pounds over to remain KOPS. Other members who recorded April weight loss were Norman Dodd and Jean Quellhorst.
Once again we had members out walking: Donna Anderson 73 miles, Robin Deck 36 miles, Debbie Dodd 27 1/4 miles, Michael Dodd 83 miles, Joanne Krupp 87 miles, Kay Meyers 37 miles and Margaret Jennings 32 miles.

We also celebrated some anniversaries: Norman Dodd, one-year TOPS; Sandra Morrison, five-year TOPS; and Dian Sage, 11-year TOPS.
Donna Anderson and Joanne Krupp competed in The Center’s 5K walk, a first for both of them.
