Daina Allison Nash, 46
Funeral services for Daina Allison Nash, 46, of Winona, were held Aug. 31, 2020, at the Assembly of God Church in Winona with Brother Richard Dement and Brother Greg Watson officiating. Mrs. Nash died Aug. 26 with her family by her side after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
She was born on Dec. 15, 1973, in Mountain View, the daughter of Johnny Reynolds and the late Sharon McGee.
On June 6, 1998, in Winona, she married her best friend, Richard Nash.
Mrs. Nash worked for the Bakersfield School as a paraprofessional aide and substitute teacher. She was a friend to many.
She loved all outdoor activities, including riding motorcycles and four-wheelers with her husband and family. She also loved crafts of any kind.
She was a woman who loved with all her heart, was quick to forgive and always had a smile to share. She was saved and baptized by Brother Greg Watson.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, always loved and never forgotten.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Nash; her parents, Johnny Reynolds Sr. and wife Sherry of Ellington; her children, Traci Nash of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Allison Mooney of West Plains and Benjamin Nash of the home; grandchildren Domenick Mooney of the home and Mason Ledbetter of West Plains; brothers Johnny Reynolds Jr. of High Ridge, David Foster and wife Stacey of North Pole, Alaska, Donald Reynolds and companion Angie Jones of Ellington; sisters Debbie Drumwright and husband Gerald of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, Samantha Thomas and husband Jason of Albany, Georgia; mother-in-law Faye Nash of Birch Tree; sister-in-law Maria Briggs and husband Clarence Jr. of Isabel, Kansas; brother-in-law Russell Nash and wife Kelly of Birch Tree; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her grandparents, Adrian and Bertha Reynolds, and Acil and Dottie McGee.
