Donald Dean Webster, 87

 

Donald Dean Webster, 87, of The Dalles, Oregon, died Oct. 21, 2020, at his home with his wife and family by his side. No memorial service is planned at this time due to the covid-19 pandemic.

He was born June 16, 1933, in Gainesville, the son of Walter and Bessie Mahan Webster. He moved to Oregon with his mother and two brothers during his childhood. 

Mr. Webster was employed by Martin Marietta, Inc., while building a business, Webster’s Septic Service. He also operated a small farm. He loved farming at his home on Orchard Road near The Dalles, and he truly loved golfing at his second home in Salome, Arizona.

Mr. Webster is survived by his wife, Edith, and their children Peg Timperley and husband David, Linda Kay Webster, and Mark Webster and wife Kellie; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and Ozark County cousins, including Ned Upton of Isabella and Joy Hampton Cutbirth of Theodosia.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Waldo Webster.
