Lois Graham, 88

Graveside services for Lois Marie Graham, 88, of Ava were held Nov. 16, 2018, in the Thornfield Cemetery with Pastor David Dodson officiating. Ms. Graham died Nov. 14 at Heart of the Ozark Healthcare in Ava.

She was born May 10, 1930, in Longrun, the daughter of Wallace William and Effie Tennison Graham. She was retired from working on her family farm with her father and mother in Longrun. Ms. Graham was a Christian and a member of the Black Oak General Baptist Church. She enjoyed making quilts, gardening, making her fried apple pies and chocolate drop cookies. Most of all, she enjoyed being with her family.

She is survived by her niece, Brenda Garrison; nephew Randall Graham and wife Pam; sister-in-law Marjorie Graham; great-nephew and great-niece Brian and Gina; great-great-nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Floyd Graham; and a great-great-nephew, Luke Tompkins.
