Mathew ‘Chauli’ Frunzi, 50

Mathew Charles “Chauli” Frunzi, 50, of Caulfield, died Feb. 15, 2018, in Caulfield. No local services are planned.

He was born Nov. 9, 1967, in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Gerard and Dolores Kaiser Frunzi.

He grew up and attended school in Bakersfield, where he had lots of friends. He loved music, cats, the Lord and Chevy trucks. He was a mechanic, and he enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He had a big heart and loved his family more than anything else. 

He is survived by his mother, Dolores Frunzi of Bakersfield; two daughters, Payten Frunzi of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Charlie Armocido of Mountain Home, Arkansas; two brothers, Jerry Frunzi and wife Peggy of Hampton, Arkansas, and Franke Frunzi of Caulfield; two sisters, Anette Pendergrass and husband Jerry, and Deborah Frunzi, all of Mountain Home; 16 nieces and nephews, and 21 great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gerard and Nancy Frunzi; maternal grandparents Matt and Gladys Kaiser; and his father, Gerard Frunzi.
