Wharton awarded scholarship

Whitney Mae Wharton of Wasola has been awarded the Mildred S. Griffin Scholarship at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home. Whitney, a freshman majoring in radiology, is the daughter of Jason and Tina Wharton.
