Absentee voting continuing

Absentee voting for the Nov. 6 general election continues. Voters who will be unable to go to the polls on Election Day should contact the clerk's office for the required application. Absentee ballots may be voted by mail or in person at the clerk's office from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The last day to mail absentee ballots for the general election is Oct. 31.

The clerk's office also will be open until noon Saturday, Nov. 3, and until 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, for absentee voting. For more information, contact the clerk's office at 679-3516.
