Bakersfield golf team wins Gainesville April 3 tourney
The Gainesville High School golf team hosted the annual Bulldog golf tournament on Wednesday, April 3, at Lost Woods Hideaway golf course in Theodosia.
Seven different schools participated in this year’s tournament with a total of 29 golfers. The schools included Gainesville, Lutie, Bakersfield, Dora, Forsyth, Ava and Seymour.
It was a cold and windy day for the golfers which made for some very tough conditions for the kids to play in. However, Lost Woods had the course in good shape which made play a little easier for the golfers.
