12/11/24: Dora Lady Falcons play at Fordland Tournament

Dora sophomore Kinley Luna surpassed 500 career points after leading the scoring with 26 points against Bradleyville in the team’s second game of the 11th annual Fordland Tournament.

The Dora Lady Falcons competed at the 11th annual Fordland Tournament last week, where they lost two close contests and defeated Conway in the final round.

The Lady Falcons opened the tournament by taking on Hartville on Monday, Dec. 2. Despite a tough battle, the Dora girls lost, 50-38 to the Lady Eagles.

Dora returned to Fordland Tuesday night and played a nail-biter of a game with the Bradleyville girls, but lost by just one point, 48-47.

In the final round, the Dora girls took on the Conway Lady Bears and won 56-40.

Dora hosted Bradleyville (2-2) Tuesday, Dec. 10. Results of that game were unavailable at presstime. They will travel to Cabool (0-3) on Thursday, Dec. 12 and will host Alton (2-0) on Monday, Dec. 16.
