Dora boys beat Seymour

The Dora Falcons traveled to Seymour Friday, Jan. 19 and beat the Tigers 68-54.

The Falcons came out strong the first half, leading the Tigers 40-24 at the halftime buzzer.

The Dora boys dominated the boards, with the Falcons pulling down 48 rebounds to the Tigers 27. Braden York  and Wilson Masters led the rebounding column with 10 each, followed by Carson Howard  and Ashton Roberts with 8 each and Easton Carter with 7.

Ashton Roberts led the scoring with 20 points. Three other players were also in the double digits – Wilson Masters 17, and Brayden York and Carson Howard with 14 each. Easton Carter chipped in 2 and Nathan Woodruff 1.

Easton Carter led in assists with 4.

The Falcons are hosting Cabool today, Wednesday, Jan. 23 and will head to Koshkonong on Friday, Jan. 25.

Games begin at 6 p.m.
