Dora Falcons get Homecoming win over Plato Eagles Friday night

The Dora Falcons held Homecoming festivities Friday, Dec. 8, which included honoring the Class of 2004 and a boys basketball game against the Plato Eagles.  Dora defeated Plato 59-46, bringing the Falcons’ season record to 4-1.

Dora’s Ashton Roberts led the scoring with 21 points for the Falcons. Others scoring were Brayden York 13, Wilson Masters 10,  Easton Carter 5, Ryan Davis 4, Carson Howard 4, and Nathan Woodruff 2.

York led in rebounds with 9, followed by Roberts with 6, Masters with 5 and Howard with 4. Woodruff led in assists with 3.

Ryan Davis and Ashton Roberts led in steals with 3 each.

The Dora Falcons traveled to Fordland Tuesday, Dec. 12. Results of that game were unavailable at presstime. They will host Eminence Thursday, Dec. 14, and Couch, Friday, Dec. 15.

The Falcons are coached by  Chris Marcak.
