Dora volleyball players named Academic All-State

Several members of the Dora Lady Falcons volleyball team have been recognized with Academic All-State honors, highlighting their exceptional commitment to both academics and athletics.

To qualify for Academic All-State, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.6 or higher while competing in at least 75 percent of their team’s varsity matches. The distinction reflects not only athletic dedication but also discipline and excellence in the classroom.

The honorees include sophomores Montgomery Mitchell and Brynlee Walker; juniors Karly Bettis and Ellie Ullom; and seniors Loghan Bruce and Olivia Martin. The team is coached by Brandi Montgomery.

“These athletes have shown what it means to be true student-athletes,” said Dora Superintendent Brett Mitchell. “We’re so proud of their hard work in the classroom and on the court. Way to represent!”

The Dora community congratulates these Lady Falcons on their well-earned recognition and applauds their example of balance, determination, and excellence.
