Lady Falcons in championship game

The Dora Falcons lost in the first round of the Class 2 District 10 Tournament on Saturday against Seymour, 65-42.
In the boys Falcons’ loss to Seymour, senior Cayden Peck had a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Junior Spencer Howard netted 10 points and grabbed 7 boards for Dora.
In girls’ action, the top-ranked Lady Falcons had a bye in the first round of district action, and defeated Bakersfield 54-41 Monday night to advance to the championship game on Thursday against Cabool at 7 p.m.
Bakersfield had defeated Plato in the first round on Saturday, 55-48.
