Events coming up in Theodosia

Theodosia Area Chamber of Commerce members have been busy planning events to raise money for the Oldies in the Ozarks event slated for Aug. 20 and 21.
Everyone is invited to begin Saturday, June 4, at 7 a.m. with breakfast at the Theodosia Masonic Lodge. Cost is by donation.
After breakfast, bring your lawn chair, pole and kids to the Oldies in the Ozarks Family Fishing Tournament from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Theodosia Marina Resort. Prizes will be awarded.
A public fish fry is set to start at 1 p.m. Adults can eat farm-raised catfish and all the fixings for $8, children under 12 eat for $5. Call Melanie Cook at 417/840-6976 for reservations. Proceeds from the fish fry go to help with the cost of the Oldies in the Ozarks celebration set for August.
The village-wide yard sale is also scheduled for that day, with June 11 being the rain date. To have your sale listed on the map is $10. Sign up at Century Bank in Theodosia for just $10. For more information, contact Jo Stehle at 273-4245.
