First responder class starts May 5

A first responder class will begin at 6 p.m. May 5 at the Gainesville firehouse. The class will be taught by Dr. Aaron Newton.
This class will be MU-FRTI Certified. There will be no cost to the students for the Mutual Aid Association-sponsored class. However, there will be a cost for the handbook if a student wishes to buy one.
All who wish to become first responders are encouraged to attend. The class is also a first responder refresher course.
