Fields of Faith at GHS

The Gainesville High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes  (FCA) chapter held their annual Fields of Faith worship service at the Benton F. Breeding Stadium Wednesday, Oct. 15. Above, the FCA Worship Band leads the crowd is singing praise and worship songs after Macray Hambelton opened the service with a prayer. Members of the band were drummer Kyden Myers, lead guitar Ayden Ledbetter, rythym guitar Lucas Luna, vocals Zeke Yarger and Jessica Suit and keyboard player Dylan Abraham. Below is GHS senior Dylan Abraham who delivered a heartfelt message on faith. A large crowd of people gathered at the track and enjoyed fellowship, a dinner of chili and hotdogs, music, prayer and worship. “This event would not happen without the love and support our school, parents and community pours into these kids,” said FCA Chapter sponsor Lance West. “I say this every year but we really do have some amazing kids! Dylan Abraham delivered a wonderful message and our FCA Worship Band knocked it out of the park! Thanks to all of the other kids in our FCA chapter for helping with selling shirts and helping with set up/tear down! A special thank you to Chelsey Eslinger-Gilmore and her students for making the Fields of Faith shirts! We are very blessed to live in such a great community.”
