OCSD needs to house its own inmates

Housing ICE is all fair and great on a temporary basis for any county, but they need to house their own inmates they arrest and detain.
They ship the Ozark County people they arrest for state crimes in the county and farm them out to other jails, and this causes a lot of problems - a lot of violence and problems with other county’s detainees when they aren't even from these counties.
If you’re making such good money off housing illegal immigrants in your jail, then add on so you can also house your own county suspects of crimes.
Plus, you're having to pay room and board to house your detainees in other jails. So where are you making this money? Is it such a great deal?
These are federally-held detainees for ICE. So, in my opinion, they should be being held in federal prisons awaiting deportation; and, why are they being held so long after they are arrested? They need to be arrested, booking paperwork signed by our government and put on planes and gone. They are here illegally. They don't get the rules of our court applied to them. They are not our citizens!
