Why hasn’t Ozark County joined the fight?

I see that five counties in Missouri (Audrain, DeKalb, Pike, Polk and Reynolds) have challenged the Missouri Tax Commission’s push to raise property valuations in small counties. I was just wondering why our local representatives in Ozark County have not joined in this fight?

Is this a lawsuit Ozark County can join or support against the out-of-touch Tax Commission?
