Zanoni news: Nov. 15, 2017

We appreciated the rain that came last week. Just need lots more to put water in the ponds.

Deer season has been open since Saturday and ends the 2lst. It looked like there had been a bunch killed. We came by the high school where the check station was. The vehicles were lined across the parking lot back to the highway, waiting to be checked in.

We had a good crowd at church Sunday. Several were deer hunters, and we were glad to have them with us. We are always glad to  have William Wood back.

Saturday, Chris came to see us. We drove to Bull Shoals, where his family had lived at one time. We drove around for a while and ate supper at Gaston’s Resturant.

Leroy and Norma attended the wedding of her granddaughter in Springfield Saturday. Norma said everything was beautiful.

Dwain and Betty Morrison had deer hunters with them over the weekend.

We hope and pray the sick folks are feeling better.

Everyone have a good week and get your turkey for Thanksgiving.
