A cleared hillside alongside the Tecumseh curves

Contractors have been working for about two weeks on the Tecumseh curves section of Highway 160, and the results have been dramatic. Much of the dense forest that once spanned the north hillside alongside Highway 160 on the curvy area has been cleared. The $3.8 million project to realign the roadway began March 1. Work is expected to be completed this fall.
