Native medicinal plants, herbs topic of Oct. 14 talk in Brixey

Author Steve Foster will present a free talk on native medicinal plants and herbs, “Herbal Reminisces Seeded in the Ozarks,” at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at One Garden Botanical Library in Brixey. The location is next to the old Brixey store at N Highway and County Road 167.

Foster is the author or co-author of 18 books, including serving as senior author of three Peterson field guides. He also co-authored the National Geographic Guide to Medicinal Herbs.
