Ozark County officers aid in multi-jurisdictional task force drug raid in Drury

Four Drury residents were arrested in eastern Douglas County during the early morning hours of Friday, July 2, when members of the Ozark/Douglas Counties Multi-jurisdictional Task Force executed three separate search warrants, uncovering 300 grams of marijuana that had been prepared for distribution and 400 grams of a liquid that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Fifty-nine-year old Thomas Sprague, 22-year-old Brianna Villa, 31-year-old Amanda Johnson and 37-year-old Nathan Kidd were each charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Sprague was charged with two counts and is being held on a $5,000 cash-only bond. The other suspects are being held on a $1,500 cash-only bond.

At press time, all were being in the Douglas County Jail. A bond-reduction hearing for Sprague, Kidd and Villa was scheduled for Tuesday before Associate Circuit Judge Elizabeth Bock in Ava. Results of that hearing was not available at press time. Johnson is scheduled for a counsel-status hearing on July 22.
