On the menu: Lake Norfork catches

Tecumseh resident Bill Driscoll shows off the six channel catfish he caught on a Lake Norfork trotline Monday. Earlier, Driscoll caught a mess of Ozark longpincher crawdads, which some consider a hillbilly improvement over Maine lobster. Driscoll, retired from the Missouri Department of Conservation, signs many of his Facebook posts with his motto, “just living off the land.”
