Gainesville Health Care Center: Jan. 11, 2017

We started off the new year Monday by taking down all of our Christmas decorations throughout the whole facility. We also did some exercises.
Tuesday we did some tuning and toning, our group exercise.
After exercising, we had our sewing club. We are working on quilt blocks. We also had an afternoon Bible study with some of our volunteers.
On Wednesday, we played some trivia games.
We had another group exercise of tuning and toning on Thursday, and I did manicures for the ladies who wanted their nails done. In the afternoon, we had an artists workshop where residents could bring anything they wanted to work on. Everyone decided they wanted to work on coloring pictures to hang up in their rooms.
Friday, we had a “tons of fun” exercise group down the 200 hall. We wrapped up the day with a fun game of Bingo.
