Debra “Dezi” Lynn Kinworthy, 51

Debra  “Dezi” Lynn Kinworthy, 51, of Gainesville, died at 8:28 a.m. April 22, 2022, in Springfield with her children by her side. 

She was born May 5, 1970, in Santa Maria, California, to Barbara and Mike Kinworthy.

Dezi grew up most of her life in California with her mother and stepfather John Bordlei.

She was a loving and adoring mother and a kind-hearted friend to many people. She brought happiness and laughter to everyone she knew. 

She was beautiful and lit up every room with her bright and uplifting attitude. She enjoyed spending time with her dogs and all her furry friends. 

She planted many flowers all over the Ozarks and enjoyed gardening every year to make it beautiful for all to see. 

She is survived by her children Paul Chavez and Paulina Chavez. 

She was preceded in death by her father Mike Kinworthy.
