Patsy Louise Trivitt, 86

Graveside funeral services for Patsy Louise Trivitt, 86, of Gainesville, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at the Howards Ridge Cemetery with Jimmy Kyle officiating. 

She died April 29, 2024, at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born July 9, 1937, in Howards Ridge to Johnnie Dale and Mary “Joan” (Hicks) Kirkland.

On Sept. 1, 1955, Patsy married Chester Trivitt in Mountain Home, Arkansas. 

She retired from Walmart after many years of dedicated service. Patsy loved her family, entertaining, shopping for antiques and tending to her flower garden.

She is survived by husband Chester Trivitt of the home; three children: Jim Trivitt and his wife Debi, Trena Uchtman and her husband Doyle and Bill Trivitt and his wife Sara; six grandchildren: Joe Uchtman and his wife Jaime, Justin Trivitt, Trent Uchtman and his wife Barbara, Randi Grant, Tanner Trivitt and Madison Trivitt; 10 great-grandchildren: Jordan Trivitt, Jillian Trivitt, Addie Trivitt, Marli Grant, Sy Grant, Maysa Mansfield, Jenna Uchtman, Tate Uchtman, Jackson Uchtman and Jarrett Uchtman; one great-great-granddaughter, Leighton Mansfield; niece, Terry Maddox; and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Noma Jean Stiers and Janice Miller; daughter-in-law, Shari Trivitt; niece, Tammy Johnson; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
