Sandra June Lair, 61

A celebration of life for Sandra June Lair, 61, of Caulfield, will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, at Lorland Country Retreat in Caulfield. She died June 6, surrounded by her loving sons.
Sandra June was born in June 1, 1965, in Gainesville to Charles and Deloris Belt. She attended Dora High School. She was a very hard worker, who dabbled in many trades including construction, cabinetry and masonry. The best way to describe Sandra is the caregiver. Her love of nature and art took her for many adventures with friends and loved ones. Whether it be walking in the woods, floating, on the side of the road or in a ditch, Sandra would always find some treasure that would brighten someone's day. She loved reminiscing the days she would make each child in her life a Christmas craft that they would hold on to for years to come.
Knowing Sandra was knowing someone would always be in your corner. She would call you out when needed but also was able to communicate why and offer to help. Sandra was known to everyone she met as Mom, grandma, aunt: she was family to everyone. Her absolute favorite days were spent with her grandchildren, out exploring, making things and learning about nature.
Sandra is survived by her sons: Daniel Belt, Nathaniel (Katie) Lair, Aubrey (Peggie) Lair and Blaine Lair; her ex-husband and lifelong friend, Layne Lair; eight grandchildren; many great grandchildren; her siblings Sherry (Mike) Shipley, Sid Belt, Robert Belt, Shawana Belt and Ronnie (Connie) Belt.
Sandra was preceded by her parents Deloris (Callahan) and Charles Belt and her sister in law Lisa Belt.
Arrangements by Always Faithful Memorial Services, West Plains.
