Thankful for a good experience at GHCC

I would like to thank the skilled nursing unit at Gainesville Health Care Center for my care and therapy following a total hip replacement Nov. 13. The staff got me off to a great start with my new hip, and I appreciate their teamwork and also their willingness to let my husband, David, stay with me during the time I was there. He has some health issues also, and it would have been difficult for him to get to and from our remote cabin.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our treatment there by the well-organized and caring staff. The atmosphere was respectful and friendly with activities, reading, movies and TV.  People seemed to know each other and/or their families, and everyone visited like neighbors.
