General Siegal JR Evans IV

JR Evans and Racquel Uhlmann are the parents of a baby boy, General Siegal JR Evans IV, born Sept. 8, 2018, at Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. He weighed 7 pounds 8.5 ounces and was 21.5 inches long. His brother is Zayden Due. 

Paternal grandparents are Janet Evans of Gainesville and the late General Siegal JR Evans II. Maternal grandparents are Becky Smith of West Plains and Rocky Uhlmann of Dora.
