Theodosia vandals hit signs, mail boxes

Ozark County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the theft and vandalism Saturday night of several road and campaign signs along Highway 160 on both sides of the Theodosia bridge. A mail box was also vandalized. Several of the signs were found by residents in the area Sunday morning. One was a large directional road sign 12 to 14 feet long, and its support posts were also taken down, leading deputies to assume the vandals were driving a pickup, said Sgt. Dale Schofield.

Anyone with information or anyone who finds additional signs should contact the sheriff’s office at 679-4633.
