Zanoni news: Jan. 11, 2017

The weather still changes from warm to really cold. We had a little snow Wednesday night. Guess we just missed the most of it. Columbia had 2 inches.
We had our Christmas with Casey and Chris Wednesday evening in Springfield. Chris was working out of Springfield a few days.
Our thanks to the Missouri Conservation Department for getting rid of a bunch of wild hogs recently.
Paul and Dwain finished the fences, and Paul moved some cattle over there. Wally had helped Paul work the cattle, and I bet they thought they were in heaven.
Lee Van Camp is back building fences so the cattle can be rotated back and forth.
We still do not have our Christmas lights taken down. Most of the time it has been too cold. Paul has been cleaning in the shop on the cold days.
Sunday afternoon I talked with Alvin Dauchy, a cousin who lives in Alabama. He is still running his auto body supply company in Tuscaloosa with the help of his grandkids.
There seems to be a lot of sickness, probably due to the weather changes. I hope everyone gets to feeling better soon.
Everyone have a good week, and don’t let the water pipes freeze.
