<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Senior Citizens of Ozark County Board has changed its monthly meeting date from the third Tuesday to the third Wednesday. So the next meeting will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, at The Center on Highway 5 North at County Road 800 in Gainesville. Anyone interested in the support of The Center is welcome to attend. For more information please call The Center at 417-679-4746 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.</span></p><p class="p1"><span class="s1">Thanks to everyone who came for our first-Sunday fried chicken dinner last weekend. We served about 110 meals. </span></p><p class="p2"> </p><p class="p3"><span class="s1"><strong>Menus</strong></span></p><p class="p1">Lunch is served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is open to everyone. The cost is $6 for those younger than 60; a $3.50 donation is requested for those over 60. Monday, Aug. 14: stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, veggie blend, roll, cookie. Tuesday, Aug. 15: oven-fried chicken, hashbrown casserole, spinach, dinner roll, fruit salad. Wednesday, Aug. 16: Swedish meatballs over pasta, green beans, carrots and roll, brownie.
